The Positive Leadership Intensive Training is our six-day training series for leaders and combines scientifically grounded Positive Psychology with practical tools for effective, human and future-ready leadership. Across three two-day modules, with transfer tasks between the training sessions, participants gain a well-founded understanding of Positive Leadership, reflect on their leadership behaviour and gradually transfer new impulses into their day-to-day leadership practice.

The Positive Leadership Company Programme is a tailored format for organisations that want to embed Positive Leadership deliberately across the organisation and develop leadership in a systematic way. Depending on the starting point, objectives and specific needs, we combine suitable building blocks into a programme that fits the organisation, its leadership culture and its development goals.
This may involve the development of particular leadership levels, the strengthening of a shared leadership culture, the support of change processes or the sustainable embedding of Positive Leadership. Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP): applying mindfulness and strengths effectively in leadership
MBSP combines mindfulness, character strengths and Positive Psychology into an evidence-based development approach for leaders. The format strengthens inner clarity, emotional resilience and the ability to recognise and use both one’s own strengths and those of others more consciously and more effectively.
MBSP is especially suitable for leaders who want to deepen their self-leadership, lead more mindfully and further strengthen the connection between presence, a strengths-based perspective and effective leadership. The 360° PERMA-LEAD® Feedback is a scientifically grounded instrument that makes leadership behaviour visible in a differentiated way and open to development. Leaders assess themselves and also receive feedback from their professional environment — for example from their own line manager, from employees and from colleagues.
This creates a sound assessment of one’s current position, a clearer picture of one’s own impact and concrete starting points for the next development steps. We at Positivity Guides conduct this feedback process with a nationwide team of certified consultants and support organisations in translating the results into concrete measures for leadership, collaboration and development.
Organisational Culture Analysis – making leadership culture measurable
Our Organisational Culture Analysis makes leadership culture measurable, visible and deliberately open to further development. Based on scientifically grounded feedback, it creates an overall picture of how leadership is currently perceived in the organisation, where the strengths lie and in which areas development would be particularly meaningful and effective.
To do this, the results of individual 360° feedback processes are aggregated anonymously at a meta level. Certified Positivity Guide® Training Programme ®
The certified Positivity Guide® training programme is our unique flagship programme for leaders, internal multipliers, HR and people development professionals, works councils, social coaches and other people at important leverage points within organisations who want to initiate and advance positive change effectively. It qualifies participants to bring Positive Psychology into organisations in a well-founded way and to develop culture, leadership and collaboration sustainably.
