Certified Positivity Guide training

What does a Positivity Guide® bring to a company?

What do people need to work successfully and happily? And what does a company gain from establishing a better kind of culture, leadership, and collaboration?

These are exactly the questions the young science of Positive Psychology has delivered groundbreaking insights on in recent years. With scientifically grounded models and tools, companies and the people in them are empowered to successfully meet the challenges of the future and grow in a healthy, sustainable way.

Digital transformation, changing markets, new generations of employees,

Positivity Guides®

  • use scientifically grounded methods and techniques from Positive Psychology to drive sustainable development processes in companies
  • shape company culture in a positive, future-focused way
  • as multipliers or leaders, initiate practical, relevant change steps within the company
  • create the basis for mastering VUCA challenges
  • make appreciation tangible in everyday practice
  • enable dynamic potential development for employees and the company
  • lay the foundation for agile, future-ready work

To master these challenges, companies need more transparency, sustainability, agility, and learning from mistakes. Traditional approaches and tools are often no longer enough. In the future, business success will be shaped even more by mindsets, values, lived company culture, and how people work together. Lifelong learning, development, and connected ways of working take center stage.
