360-degree PERMA-LEAD Feedback

The PERMA-LEAD® 360° Feedback is an extended version of the PERMA-LEAD® Potential Analysis. To capture comprehensive feedback, the leader’s self-assessment and various external assessments are collected. This allows the perspectives of employees, peers at the same level, and the leader’s own manager to be compared directly. The goal is to achieve a comprehensive assessment of the Positive Leadership leadership style.

Tool for exploring leaders’ potential learning areas

In addition, management competencies are assessed that are relevant for everyone in management, regardless of their leadership role. According to findings from current scientific research, these strengthen leadership success. Optionally, additional questions on career-enhancing behaviors are included in the feedback.

• A preparatory consultation. Together, we define what your specific feedback will look like and which optional questions are relevant for you.
• Self-assessment of one's own leadership behavior with the PERMA-Lead – Profiler
• 360° feedback from different groups. You define the specific feedback providers in consultation with us.
• An in-depth evaluation coaching session. In approx. 1.5 hours, we analyze the feedback results together. You define your next implementation steps.
